Once your new website is live we do not abandon you! We will be there to provide you with backup should you have a problem or require an alteration to your website.

Many web companies offer little or no after-sales support having developed your website and taken your money. We know that because out of 15 companies of a similar size to us that we surveyed, not one offered any sort of after-sales service or free on-going support system. Many offered none at all! Remarkable really.

We provide unlimited technical support for all our clients both during the development of your website and thereafter, and for any of the other services we provide. There is no time limit on this support and you can ask us as many questions as you like.

** We reserve the right to make a charge if the alteration is extensive, time-consuming or complex. Any major changes or additions to your site, such as the addition of an online shop will obviously carry a cost implication if it is in addition to your original requirements.
